Content

Elevator Speech: In a persuasive 60-second presentation you spark interest in what your company does: What specific problems faced by current or prospective customers in the marketplace are you going to address and how will you resolve them? How does your product or service stand out from the competition? What do you do to lead customers towards taking action and purchasing your product?

Defining company core values: The seminar provides you a platform to reflect on core beliefs, philosophies, and principles that drive your business. Values that create a basis for decisions and shape your behavior in everyday life. Values, everyone is aligned around to serve employees, customers, and the broader community. Values that help you differentiate from competition.

Constructive problem solving: Crises are part of everyday business life and constantly present managers and employees with new challenges. On the one hand, crises are always associated with threats and dangers. On the other hand, they contain the chance for a change for the better. Through a case study, we will showcase you how, thanks to the invention of the Swatch, the Swiss watch industry found its way out of the worst crisis in its history and was subsequently able to develop and grow.

Branding: The company name is the face of your company. It is the first thing the customer comes into contact with. The seminar gives you practical tips for choosing a company name, points to be considered with regards to logo design and ways to create a strong trademark.

Assortment strategy: Understanding by practical examples on how you can create a winning assortment strategy:

  • Depth of products offered: Deciding how many variations of a particular product your offer will include.
  • Breadth of the product variety: Deciding how many different types of products your offer will include.

Strategic Competitive Advantage/ Unique Selling Proposition (USP): What drives and motivates your customers. How do you create customer benefits? How do you make your products and services unique and compelling in a competitive environment?

Business plan presentation: By presenting a business plan, you learn to summarize the core essence of your business, business model, market situation, strategy and finances in a 7-minute presentation. You will have a chance to introduce your business to other participants and hear their opinion.
