2020 was a year of great challenges, opportunities for some, and threats for others.
Under these conditions, the digital world has further demonstrated its capabilities and facilitated the continued operation of many businesses.
BPN switched to online mode at the very beginning of the pandemic and started offering webinars and consultations in the online format.
The undoubted advantage of online workshops is location-independence. Anyone can attend our trainings and benefit from consultations across the country. The second advantage is availability. The online format reduces transportation and other types of organizational costs for the company and has an impact on workshop fees for the benefit of customers. The third positive side is comfort. Seminar participants can join us from their desired environment.
Despite the advantages, the main challenge of online seminars is the lack of interaction. Many listeners prefer to remain passive and incognito online and refrain from active engagement, which makes the sessions one-sided and non-dynamic. The speaker does not feel the audience, does not see their emotions and how much they understand of the explained material. There is also the problem of concentration. Many listeners attend webinars from home or work, which does not rule out various hindering factors that distract their mind and complicate the assimilation of presented materials.
By reconciling the pros and cons, BPN has already switched to both types of services with live and online audiences, offering a diverse and more tailored product to its customers.
