  • Constructive problem solving: Structural analysis sees the chances of a crisis and overcomes it successfully.
  • Strategic Business Management: Defining the future of the business with an inspiring vision and long-term goals. Employee motivation and customer enthusiasm.
  • Brand: Select a firm name. Practical tips on logo design. Ways to create a strong trademark.
  • Assortment formation: Understanding by practical examples under what conditions it is better to differentiate and where to diversify.
  • Strategic Competitive Advantage / Unique Selling Proposition (USP) – How do I create customer benefits? How to make my products and services compelling in a competitive environment.
  • How do I create benefits for the customer? How to make my products and services compelling in a competitive environment.
  • Strategic Success Factors: Identify success factors that lead to sustainable and long-term business success and help create competitive advantages.

By presenting a business plan, you learn how to summarize the core essence of your business, business model, market situation, strategy and finances in a 7-minute presentation. You will have a chance to introduce your business to other participants and hear their opinion.
