Format: The workshop will discuss examples of conflicts during group exercises. Personal conflict situations may also be used as examples. The workshop is interactive and includes individual and group exercises, video material, research and examples from Switzerland and around the world.

Objective: Participants learn how conflicts arise and learn to react correctly and act prudently at different stages of a conflict. Correct behavior in a conflict situation creates a constructive Win-Win situation and limits the destructive development of the situation. The participant becomes familiar with his own behavior model
