Form & Goals

Format: The workshop is interactive and includes individual and group exercises, video material, research and examples from Switzerland and around the world.

Objective: As a manager, you are either the source of motivation for your employees – or their biggest obstacle. Your personal motivation acts like a mirror: If you are not motivated, why should your employees be motivated? Using a variety of exercises, the seminar offers you the opportunity to critically analyze your motivation as a manager. In the seminar, we will discuss how to create a motivating work environment for different personality types and present the results of modern research that shows which motivational factors are the most effective and long-lasting.

Since it is impossible to force motivation from the outside, the main task of a manager is to prevent demotivation. The seminar will show you how to identify and eliminate demotivating factors. We will also present case studies that show how successful companies motivate their employees.
