About us

The Business Professionals Network (BPN) is a Swiss non-profit foundation founded in 1999 by entrepreneur Jürg Oprecht.
We support small and medium-sized enterprises with growth potential. Our goal is to create sustainable jobs, which is a prerequisite for economic development and poverty alleviation. Georgian entrepreneurs who are willing to invest in and develop their own companies can make a significant contribution to this. That is why supporting entrepreneurs is our priority.
BPN currently operates in Kyrgyzstan, Nicaragua, Rwanda, Mongolia, and Georgia.
2. General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and BPN Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we"), which governs your use of the Company's website and the terms of your receipt of the Services.
BPN Georgia offers its customers the opportunity to purchase educational services through its website under the terms and conditions set forth in these "Terms and Conditions".
By agreeing to these "Terms and Conditions", the User confirms that he/she wishes to use the services offered by the Company on the Company's website under the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

All users who wish to use the Company's website are obliged to agree to and comply with the following terms and conditions. The Company's administration reserves the right, at any time, unilaterally, by publishing on the same website, to make changes to these terms and conditions without further additional consent of the user, which will come into force 24 hours after their publication.

საავტორო უფლებების დაცვა: წინამდებარე ვებ-გვერდზე განთავსებულ მასალებზე  ვრცელდება კომპანიის საავტორო უფლებები და აკრძალულია აღნიშნული მასალის ან/და მისი ნაწილის გადამუშავება, გამოქვეყნება (გარდა პირად გვერდზე, კომპანიის სოციალური მედიის გვერდიდან აღნიშნული მასალის გაზიარებისა “გაზიარების” ღილაკის მეშვეობით, საავტორო უფლებათა სრული დაცვით), გადმოწერა პირადად ან/და ნებისმიერი მესამე პირის მეშვეობით კომერციული მიზნით ან/და მის გარეშე, გადმოწერა გავრცელების მიზნით ან/და მის გარეშე.
წინამდებარე მუხლში  მოცემული წესის დარღვევის შემთხვევაში, კომპანია უფლებამოსილია მოითხოვოს ამ ქმედებით მიყენებული ზიანის ანაზღაურება სრულად.
პერსონალური მონაცემები: კომპანია ახორციელებს თქვენ მიერ წინამდებარე დოკუმენტში მითითებული პერსონალურ ინფორმაციის  შენახვას (სახელი, გვარი, ტელეფონის ნომერი, ელექტრონული ფოსტის მისამართი) და უფლებამოსილია სამომავლოდ განახორციელოს მისი გამოყენება კომპანიის მიერ  მომსახურებ(ებ)ის პირდაპირი მარკეტინგული გზით შეთავაზების მიზნით. აღნიშნული ინფორმაციის შენახვის მიზანია, მომხმარებლისათვის ეფექტური მომსახურების  გაწევა. მომხმარებელს ნებისმიერ დროს შეუძლია მოითხოვოს ინფორმაცია კომპანიისგან პერსონალური ინფორმაციის დამუშავების თაობაზე და მოითხოვოს მის შესახებ არსებული მონაცემების განადგურება.
პასუხისმგებლობის შეზღუდვა: კომპანია და მისი თანამშრომლები არ არიან პასუხისმგებელნი დამდგარი შედეგისათვის, რომელიც მოიცავს პირდაპირ, არაპირდაპირ, სპეციალურ, შემთხვევით, მიზეზ-შედეგობრივ, არასახელშეკრულებო ზიანს, რაც გამოწვეულია ვებ-გვერდზე მითითებული ინფორმაციის არასწორი ან/და არამიზნობრივი გამოყენებით.
მარეგულირებელი სამართალი: წინამდებარე წესები და პირობები რეგულირდება საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით. დავის წარმოშობის შემთხვევაში საქმეს განიხილავს თბილისის საქალაქო სასამართლო.
საგანმანათლებლო პროგრამა და სემინარები: ფონდის მიერ შემუშავებული სემინარები და ღონისძიებების კალენდარი, დახასიათება და ღირებულება, მოცემულია ვებ გვერდზე. დაინტერესებულ მომხმარებელს შეუძლია შეიძინოს ნებისმიერი მისთვის საინტერესო სემინარი/ვორქშოფი/ღონისძიება. 
ფონდის პროგრამის მონაწილეებსა და სხვა განსაკუთრებულ შემთხვევებში ვრცელდება ფასდაკლება, რაც წინასწარ გაჟღერებულია ფონდის მიერ. 
ანგარიშსწორების პირობები: ფონდის ფასიანი მომსახურების მისაღებად ანგარიშსწორების განხორცილება შესაძლებელია შემდგები მეთოდებით:

• Online payment via bank card (for both companies and individuals) personal banking data is entered directly on the bank's website, which fully ensures data protection and security.
• Payment for the service cost via bank transfer based on an invoice that will be sent to the customer upon registration for the seminar/event (for both companies and individuals)
3. Refund

A participant in an educational event has the right to request a refund of the amount paid no later than 1 business day before the start of the seminar/event, which will be credited to the bank account specified by him/her.

Refund conditions:

If you wish to request a refund, please contact a fund employee in advance and inform them of your request for a refund;
To initiate the process, you need to inform the Foundation of the invoice number, seminar/event date, reason for return and send it to the Foundation's email address: info@bpngeorgia.ge

Payment method:
• In case the customer wishes to return the purchased event, BPN Georgia undertakes to reimburse the customer 100% of the amount paid for the training only 1 business day before its start.
• BPN Georgia will reimburse the customer for the cost of the purchased training in the manner and amount established by this article within 10 working days.

4. Confidentiality
