The BPN Georgia Business Association hosted representatives of local SMEs, who are also members of the BPN Georgia program and the Business Association, at the 2022 closing event. The BPN Georgia Business Association was established a few months ago and aims to help beneficiaries connect with each other and share both local and Swiss experiences.

This was the purpose of the New Year's Eve event, which was attended by guests specially from Switzerland: BPN co-founder Benzli Oprecht, Executive Director Willi Helbling, BPN event organizer and fundraising representative Carolyn Flueck, and BPN Georgia director Daniel Matter .

For any business, it is interesting and at the same time a source of motivation to receive information about the business processes taking place in the leading economies directly from the representatives of these countries. This was also noted by the audience, after Ms. Oprecht shared with the guests of the event the history of the Lenkerhof Hotel (of which she is also a representative of the management board) in the question-and-answer mode, providing information about her 20 years of experience in hotel management. The audience heard how Lenkerhof turned from ruins into a 5-star hotel with modern standards, which still proudly maintains the status of the “youngest 5-star hotel” in all of Switzerland. The audience learned about the values and management principles of Lenkerhof, which are the merit of the success of the hotel located in the beautiful Swiss valley.

In addition, the participants had the opportunity to talk to other Swiss representatives of BPN, share information about the achievements and challenges they encounter in their daily lives, and receive competent advice from them that will help them effectively plan and conduct their activities.
At the event, BPN Georgia solemnly congratulated the 2022 graduates of its program on the successful completion of the program and presented them with commemorative gifts.
During the second, informal part of the meeting, members of the BPN Georgia Business Association exchanged contact information and laid the foundation for long-term cooperation. Many initiatives to help each other emerged. All this is proof of how important such events are.

Business development is unthinkable without the necessary contacts. That is why success-oriented entrepreneurs, despite the lack of free time, should try to participate in meetings that will help them expand their connections. It takes a lot of time to establish the right contacts, but every minute you spend on this will be the best investment in your business.
