Thanks to good contacts, reputation, and great intuition, Nino establishes an innovative language school, but soon realizes that this alone is not enough to run a successful business.
Nino overcame many difficulties in the beginning and now teaches her students not only English, but also love for people.
Nino's Language School is based on innovative teaching and methods. Students of all ages learn a foreign language quickly and intuitively not only in two branches, but also through online lessons around the world. The school also gives students the opportunity to participate in international projects and programs.

My story
I was a private teacher and worked in the public sector – I had good connections and a reputation. However, I always dreamed of creating an innovative school where students would enjoy learning, and I saw that there was a great demand for such a school in the market.
I started creating everything intuitively, but I soon realized that I lacked the knowledge and experience in business management.
When I first attended a BPN seminar, I was very shocked because I realized that I didn't know much, I was scattered and confused. However, at the same time, I realized that many things in the processes turned out to be intuitively correct for me. I was also very motivated to know that a large team was interested in my success.
I now understand finance, management, and marketing better. I also have a clear structure, processes, and goals for my school.
The most difficult and turning point was when I took out a large loan from the bank to develop the school. I took a risk and renovated our building from scratch, over time I hired 10 new employees, and even opened an additional branch in the capital!
From this perspective, it all turned out not to be as difficult as it seemed to me at the time. It was a good experience. Today I have a highly functional group. They inspire me and help me formulate new ideas, such as establishing additional Sunday or summer schools or English-language literary clubs.
What do you like most about your profession?
I really enjoy teaching students. I like the fact that I can have a positive impact on people's lives.
How have you changed your environment through your own actions?
By learning the language well and participating in international programs, children in our region are given the opportunity to receive the best cosmopolitan education and subsequently do well for our country.
What is the biggest lesson for you?
Everything is possible. Don't chase happiness, it is always right next to you!
What is your next challenge?
It is very difficult to find highly qualified teachers. In the future, I also have a great desire to provide inexperienced teachers with the opportunity to develop professionally through paid internships.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?
Think carefully about whether doing your job is fun for you or not.
