For the fourth time, a two-day workshop - "Self-Motivation and Employee Motivation" was held in partnership with BPN Georgia and the Bank of Georgia.
Workshops Swiss trainer and business consultant Daniel Matter The session was led by a speaker who, based on his many years of experience, shared practical and theoretical advice with the participants. With his help, the participants were able to understand how to manage their own motivation and strengthen their leadership role in the organization.
During the two-day workshop, participants learned how to strengthen self-motivation and improve leadership skills. They also learned about the mechanisms for building team motivation and how to avoid factors that cause demotivation.
At the workshop, Daniel Mather also discussed the latest research and long-term motivational strategies that help companies increase employee engagement and productivity.
