The next session was dedicated to the topic of sales. A successful and active participant of the BPN Georgia program, Giorgi Sresel, who is the official representative of Vinove and Little Trees in Georgia and the sales manager of ecowood, shared his many years of experience with the audience.
It once again became clear to the audience how important it is for a company to develop a concept at the very beginning, which it will faithfully follow throughout its strategic development process, and that sales, like all other aspects, should be planned in accordance with this concept.
During the meeting, Giorgi used the example of a specific business, ecowood, to show what factors we should pay attention to. He talked about how important it is, just like the business as a whole, that the direct sales process be fully customer-oriented.
