New reality

There is no doubt that the Covid pandemic has changed our consumer and daily behavior forever. The pandemic has been raging for two years now, and we all notice that many things will never be the same again. Many business models have temporarily lost their relevance. On the contrary, some have made progress. The participants of the BPN Georgia program also had to adapt to the “new reality” and change their business models. The vast majority of them have succeeded, as evidenced by the coaching and consultations conducted during this period.
It was a pleasant fact for me, for example, how the company "Delicato" managed to create a well-functioning website in a short time, so that citizens locked up at home could order ready-made meals for the table. The publishing house "Tsingnire" also discovered several lesser-known authors before the Covid pandemic and gave them the chance to publish their works with comprehensive services.
Before the pandemic, the jewelry company "Tsvara", which was mainly focused on foreign customers, has now adapted its new collection to the needs of Georgian customers and also offered online sales. Hotels, on the other hand, used this passive period to carry out renovation work. This is just a small list of businesses participating in the BPN GEORGIA program, which quickly adapted to the new circumstances and, recognizing the opportunities in the emerging crisis, took a new direction in their business activities.
Although it is less predictable what else the "new reality" will bring us, one thing is certain: thanks to the pandemic, we have all gained a lot of knowledge that has shaped us into stronger and more resilient individuals.
I look forward to 2022 and our work together!
