Any product or service is created for the consumer, to satisfy his desires, expectations or needs, but often due to incorrectly selected factors or mediators, the product remains beyond the consumer's attention. Therefore, it is necessary to know sales techniques in order to effectively deliver the product to the consumer in the right form, at the right time and in the right place. The invited trainer Sopho Goletiani helped the loyal participants of the BPN Georgia seminars to study these techniques.
