Dea Tavberidze In October 2018 , we met at a training organized by BPN Georgia on the topic of business plan development and simple financial planning. At the very first meeting, she showed herself as an active and eager participant who noted everything in a notebook. During her next visit, our paths crossed again at a business administration and marketing seminar. With her presentation, Dea gave us a clear idea of her business activities, which include managing the motivational online magazine www.jolo.ge.
Dea spent more time than expected writing a business plan to expand her business, in which she tried to find the intersection of tourism and psychological training.
"I had to muster all my energy to write a "business plan" that was presented as an almost impregnable fortress with the help of BPN Georgia. After breaking through the first wall, I completely immersed myself in the process of writing the plan, during which many development-oriented ideas were born. It even happened that ideas would not let me sleep and I would get up at 5 in the morning to put them on paper. Working on the business plan sparked my inner motivation to implement my own plans and build a business on a professional level."
Dea's hard work was not in vain. According to the jury's decision, her business plan won the BPN Georgia 2020 selection competition.
Dea impressed the jury with her organized business ideas, precise implementation plans, clear vision for business development, and analysis of opportunities and risks.
