Conflict situations pose a threat to the existence of even the most successful businesses. Conflict between employees, conflict between managers and subordinates, conflict between shareholders or investors and partners – these are the topics that we face every day in the business world. Our two-day Conflict Management seminar was devoted to discussing ways to resolve conflicts constructively and methods to prevent destructive development of conflicts. The great interest shown by the participants once again demonstrated the relevance of this topic in our reality and the necessity of holding the seminar.
