The root of most problems between people is either miscommunication or misinterpretation of communication. Effective communication skills are as important as other physical or mental skills and often play a decisive role in a person's personal or professional development. Behind successful negotiations, meetings, interviews or speeches lies thoughtful, balanced, diplomatic and, most importantly, positive communication. The goal of positive communication is to make the listener respond positively to the information heard, to instill trust and receptivity, to leave a positive charge in the listener's subconscious and to maintain his goodwill. Positive communication can be learned. There are special methods that we can use to master the art of positive speech. The seminar "Positive Communication" was devoted to introducing these methods and examples, led by Claudia Gabler, General Communications Officer of the Swiss company BMQ Partners AG. The seminar was fully attended by partner organizations and BPN Georgia program participants , which further highlighted the role of proper communication and the lack of information in this direction in the Georgian reality. Let's think positively, speak positively, and positive results will not be long in coming!
