When a bee accidentally hits a window while flying , it often repeats the same action hours the next few hours, hoping to somehow break through the glass and fly away . In this attempt , it eventually dies of starvation . The bee is the opposite ; if it hits the glass , it does not repeat the same thing on its second attempt to escape , but moves in one direction until it finds an open space and flies away.
Crisis exists in our lives mainly to the extent that we resist it , and it continues as long as we cling to the moment when we have failed and try to recover the loss instead of realizing the new reality , adapting to the situation , and looking for a solution .
COVID -19 has significantly changed the daily life of BPN Georgia . Physical seminars , individual interviews and coaching sessions have been significantly limited in the usual mode . The organization , whose hallmark was personal contact with customers , had to invest some time in understanding the new reality and adapting seminars and consultations to the online space . BPN Georgia also needed time to confront the situation with new methods and see a new opportunity in COVID-19 .
BPN Georgia followed Krazan’s example in this situation . In the past months, we have managed to completely reorganize and rework the seminar material , move to an online format , and develop new webinars based on user needs , and start writing articles relevant to business . We conducted a coaching seminar for the organization’s team members and implemented a new CRM ( customer relationship management ) system . By offering business plan and financial planning workshops online , we have expanded our geographic market and thus won the hearts of users living in the regions .
Routine wears us down , while crisis wakes us up and gives us new energy . Crisis is often accompanied by an imbalance that pushes us forward . I want to encourage and call on you to use this current situation to create something new , not to adopt the role of a victim , but on the contrary, to take an active part in building your future.
