Anna wants many women (and not only women) to tell themselves this and make at least a small contribution to it. That is why she has turned her great passion, a hobby that Anna has been engaged in for more than 20 years, into her main job.
Initially, sales were not in the plan, Anna simply decided to show others on her Facebook page what she had been doing for many years, homemade creams made with her own recipe. The customer expressed a desire to purchase them, and that's when Anna had the idea to turn it all into a business. For the first few months, she observed how the customer would receive her products. Fortunately, the customer soon fell in love with Anna's creams, and her decision became stronger. Anna further enriched the assortment, refined the recipe, created new, unique recipes, which she sent to the customer in a test mode along with the order, and if the new product was approved, it was already included in the assortment. Anna studied cosmetics production at a professional level and about 1.5 years ago officially founded the company: Cosmetic Creams "Elastia", which offers customers cosmetics made from natural raw materials. During this short time, "Elastia" has already acquired many satisfied customers both in Georgia and beyond its borders. Elastia allows customers to select creams tailored to their individual needs and receive both standard cosmetic products and products created with proprietary, unique recipes.

Ana Ghaghashvili, who became interested in this topic many years ago, never missed a chance to collect information about old and new recipes for cosmetics and their manufacturing technologies. She also worked at the Tbilisi Main Library for many years and had access to a lot of necessary literature. She prepared and tested creams, recommended them to friends and acquaintances. As Ana tells us, after the consumer's great interest arose, she didn't think much of it, founded a company, registered on social channels and actively began informing consumers about elastic creams made with natural means. The first customer appeared soon. It seems that the level of satisfaction was high and it still is today. That is why the number of orders is increasing day by day, based on customer recommendations.

A hobby has turned into a business, Anna has big plans, “Elastia” will soon be presented to the consumer in a branded form. Anna knows that this is not an easy path, but she is not afraid of obstacles. She knows that proper planning and thoughtful steps are necessary. Anna knows that constantly studying customer needs and keeping an eye on market trends are a necessary prerequisite for business success. Anna is focused on development, which is why she joined BPN Georgia, got involved in the SME Development Program, and within the framework of trainings, webinars, and individual consulting-coaching, she is ready to share Georgian and Swiss experience, receive theoretical knowledge and practical advice from BPN Georgia representatives, and thus further contribute to the long-term, successful development of “Elastia”.
