Music House

A business started in 2006 by four friends with the experience, enthusiasm, and great love of music – Music House. An environment where you can take an unforgettable journey through beautiful melodies every day.
Despite the fact that Georgia is a country of music and you will hardly find a Georgian who does not sing or play, the music industry is still not properly developed and the popularization of this field is largely at the expense of enthusiasts.
The vision of Nino Devadze, Executive Director of the Music House, and her partners is to change this approach and, with the help of various professional instruments, refine musical taste in the country, enhance musical culture, and popularize various genres of music, to which Nino's company makes a significant contribution. Through many years of selfless work, the Music House has given many professional musicians, amateurs, beginners, students, teachers, music and concert halls, and stages the opportunity to produce quality music.

1. Quality products and services
Music House has been importing professional, high-quality instruments since day one. Products from the world's leading brands in the music industry, including often exclusive brands and instruments, increase the credibility and popularity of Music House.

2. Proper management
The founders of Music House are aware that offering a quality product alone does not guarantee a company's success. Continuous development, flexibility of internal managerial processes, and adaptation to changing environments and trends insure the company against mistakes and put it in a better position compared to its competitors.

3. Qualified employees
The success of any company is based on the satisfaction of its customers. Customer satisfaction, in turn, is based on the professionalism of the company's employees and a healthy corporate culture. In this direction, Nino supports the team together with her partners and organizes many events aimed at both their professional training and creating a team spirit and a pleasant working environment.

In this direction, the paths of Nino and BPN Georgia crossed, and the first joint seminar was held. "7 steps to work more effectively" The team also learned about effective work methods and the principles of proper management of work processes.
Many companies are not aware of the need to retrain their team and believe that it is the employee's personal responsibility and obligation to raise their professional knowledge and awareness, which is the wrong approach. Any company should be interested in the development of its own staff, because professional, loyal and well-disposed staff is half the success of the company's activities. Nino is happy to spend time with the team to improve their qualifications.

"During the almost 20 years of the company's existence, there was a constant desire to develop and advance, although this was done in an unorganized manner and without setting specific long-term goals. The company grew, passed the "age of transition", and completely different requirements emerged. Personally, my gradual development as a manager gave me the incentive to lead my colleagues on a wave of constant and purposeful development.
The House of Music's pursuit of perfection changes many things positively, and this does not only mean musical instruments and brands. In order to move to a higher level of development, it was necessary to increase the efficiency of our employees, which our partner BPN Georgia helped us with. We planned a 4-day joint seminar, which brought very good results in many areas:
– We, the employees, got to know each other better and discovered many good opportunities in each other.
– It increased our motivation – we achieved more, both personally and professionally.
– We learned how to set goals, how to achieve them, and how to make our work more effective.
– Employees appreciated the management's dedication and more.
"I think we should definitely plan similar seminars in the future, to remember what we have forgotten and learn something new. It is always nice to hear new things and share them with colleagues."
