1 irakli.JPGIndustry and transport, on the one hand, make life easier for modern people, but on the other hand, they threaten their living environment and, accordingly, their lives. Emissions and smog have become a constant problem for large cities in our century. Even the world's leading cities have difficulty dealing with this ecological problem, and it is not surprising that Tbilisi has often been on the list of cities with polluted air for the past decade.

Every ninth person in the world dies from diseases caused by polluted air. In Georgia, this figure is an average of 3,740 people per year.

According to the World Health Organization, air pollution in Tbilisi is almost 3 times higher than the permissible norm.

It is this statistic that worries many families who are trying to create a healthy living environment for their children.

If years ago, living in the prestigious central districts of Tbilisi was everyone's aspiration, in recent years, many families have preferred to settle in a green environment outside the city. Irakli correctly assessed this trend when he transferred his many years of construction experience and business acquired in Russia to Tbilisi in the spring of 2018 and founded the company "Habmshen". Given the construction boom in Tbilisi, Irakli had many competitors, but their main priority was to utilize free areas in the central, densely populated districts of Tbilisi, while Irakli offered customers the construction of cozy, affordable private homes in the ecologically clean, green surroundings of Tbilisi. A small, cozy private house in Habmshen with a small well-groomed garden in the outskirts of Tbilisi at an affordable price is no longer a luxury even for middle-income families, and therefore the first customers did not hesitate.

The customer trusts Irakli's vision and experience. He has built more than 100 residential buildings and 3 summer cottages in various regions of Russia. In addition, in Irakli's company, along with the quality of materials, transparency of construction processes is also given priority. Each step is taken in agreement with the customer, taking into account their requirements. Hubshen employees provide competent consultation to customers at every stage of construction. In addition to construction, they offer yard decoration work and elimination of problems arising during the further operation of the house, such as the services of a craftsman if necessary, etc. The construction company Hubshen also pays great attention to the implementation of so-called smart house systems, where utility costs are saved as much as possible due to solar energy and thermal insulation.

Irakli's goal in the near future is to increase the number of employees to 16 and build 18 residential houses per year, which is quite a realistic picture based on the current trend. Irakli is not afraid of competition. He believes in his own strength, experience and the healthy view of the population to live in an ecologically clean environment away from city dust, noise and emissions.
