Mariam, together with her husband and his business partner, has been successfully running the advertising company "Flexmedia" for many years, which they founded in 2012 and initially focused on printing T-shirts. The company operated in primitive conditions using outdated Soviet screen printing machines.
Since then, both the company and its product range have grown. With the help of modern Japanese and Chinese printing machines, Flexmedia performs printing works of any format, quality and purpose. The list of offered products includes large-format exhibition posters, banners, advertising signs, flags, stickers, fabric bags, brochures, notebooks, business cards, engraved materials of various surfaces, individually printed pens or mugs, etc.
Thanks to modern printing machines, Flexmedia always meets customer needs with consistently high quality and a wide selection. Thanks to high production volumes and efficient personnel and equipment, the company is able to offer competitive prices.
Flexmedia provides customer service both in Tbilisi and its surroundings, and throughout the country. However, increasing its presence in the regions is a priority in its future plans. The company is also increasing the number of devices, which will create a prerequisite for increasing the number of employees.
The company successfully coped with the crisis situation caused by Covid-19, adapting production to the current situation and, due to the demand that arose during the pandemic, starting the production of protective shields and table barriers, thus managing to maintain jobs and cover a new customer segment and a new market.
In addition to business management, Mariam actively attends seminars at BPN Georgia and deepens her knowledge in various business issues. She enjoys working with her husband and business partners. BPN Georgia - will use the acquired knowledge and experience to develop the company through coaching. With staff equipped with business knowledge, the company will be able to more boldly prepare to meet market challenges in the future.
