Besides being an entrepreneur, what else could you tell us about yourself?

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I was a French language teacher and course director at the French Institute. During these years, I gained valuable experience both in Georgia and in various European countries through teaching and work visits. It was my love for this profession and the experience I gained that made me decide to establish a French language center.

Why this business? 

Interest in the French language and culture is growing day by day in Georgia. Before starting the business, our team carefully identified our potential and the resources at our disposal. Apostrophe's most valuable resource is our teaching team, which has made a great contribution to the establishment and development of the center. Each teacher does much more for the development of the company than just teaching French. The professionalism of our team determines the success and growth of Apostrophe .

What is the main benefit that your product/service provides to the customer? 

Many aspects distinguish our courses from other centers.

  • First of all, these are flexible offers (in terms of the number of students, schedules, programs and tariffs). We are well aware that the pace of life today is dramatically different from the student regime of even 10-15 years ago. Therefore, we take into account the demands of all segments as much as possible, both in terms of the hourly grid and pedagogical programs.
  • The second important issue is our own formula for language teaching - sharing French culture and values combined with linguistic knowledge.

What is the formula for business success for you? 

I wouldn't be original if I said that in any field, professionalism and love for one's work are very important for success. As for business success, here, along with all this, I would also emphasize continuous development.

What is the biggest challenge that you have turned into an opportunity? What did this particular incident teach you?

The biggest challenge of my career has been related to Covid-19. It was during this period that we started organizing distance learning courses. It was during this period that we had the idea to create new offerings and reach completely new segments.

What gives you strength and energy for your daily activities?

Working with my colleagues gives me the greatest strength. In my daily work, I gain a lot of positive emotions and new knowledge from each member of the team. I am also greatly motivated by the progress and positive feedback of our students.

The main reason why BPN Georgia? 

BPN Georgia is a great place for those who are committed to continuous development. Every contact I have with BPN Georgia has been incredibly fruitful and productive. I am very glad that I discovered this team. 

If BPN Georgia were a person, what would it be like?  

In my opinion, this would be a caring, attentive, sophisticated, and knowledgeable person you can count on.

Based on your experience, what advice would you give to entrepreneurs? 

They didn't give up and they never stopped.

Do you think the customer is king or you?

None. For us, a customer is a student or parent (in the case of minors). Based on our attitude, all our customers should feel like they are not kings, but members of a team. They should see that we understand them and that we are working together to achieve common goals.

Past, present or future?  

All three. The past is very important because we learn a lot through experience and mistakes. The present is important in itself because we should always have a sense of “here and now”. Of course, it is crucial for business to have a vision of the future and to set a strategy. Therefore, all three of these components are equally important.
