Along with her daily hard work to ensure that each customer is satisfied, the owner of this small cafe-bakery also manages to constantly think about the development of her own business. Ms. Ia takes care of maintaining the technical infrastructure to the fullest, improving it, which, as you know, is associated with large financial costs in mountainous regions. Many in her place would be satisfied with what she has achieved, after winning several grant competitions, she would happily expand her bakery and serve delicious Georgian doli bread to the guests who come there, but Ms. Ia has big plans, she wants to arrange a multifunctional space in a traditional Tushar layout, where she will introduce guests to Tushar customs and shepherding culture along with local dishes.
