Within the framework of the business promotion program, BPN Georgia this time supports a tourism company – Violet Ways Met the founder, Violeta Aroshidze.
The company has been successfully engaged in tourism for several years. Violet Ways offers various types of tours (cognitive, extreme, entertainment, culinary and wine, etc.) to foreign and local interested parties, both individual and group.
During individual coaching, we discussed the perspectives and opportunities that emerged for the company during this period. We talked about their interconnection and the resources that Violet Ways can use to transform these perspectives into real services, in order to maximize the opportunities available during this period and use them for the benefit of the company.
The conversation also touched on the consumer market, a new segment that has emerged due to various factors caused by the pandemic. We talked about the needs and demands of this segment and whether it is possible for the company to satisfy them. We discussed what platforms and marketing activities Violet Ways can use to provide this new or existing segment with information about the old and new services that the company offers/intends to offer.
The company's long-term vision and future plans, which include the creation of a complex tourism package, were discussed with the Swiss expert. However, the current crisis and other factors caused by the pandemic have put these plans on the agenda.
